I highly doubt any of you are ever going to see that knife in real life, let alone get stabbed by it.
I think it is interesting, would be a painful death no doubt though.

Who created that weapon and said "Hey, let's market this to the general public?"
Also, I'm pretty sure if some big guy cornered you in a dark alley and stabbed you, you wouldn't be able to get the knife out for a good 3-4 seconds if he made any effort to hold it in.

If its just a button on the handle or something you press then this is a sure shot. If I was chancellor of the United States, this would be a standard issue knife in the military. Then again, all civilians would also be green collar.

Oh man that could be messy. Gotta love the twisted genius that thought up this knife.

You have no idea.
Average person with minimal training can score chest-hit on well trained gun user (British police officers were being tested, rubber knives, no worries) at 5m distance 8 out of 10 times before they can ever draw their weapon.
(Thou this weapon is more of back stab thing, target shouldn't even see this coming.)

Anyway, if you people are worried, think about alternate delivery system: Crossbow + Quarrel with this stuff.
If someone wants you dead so much that he gets this ... he would get you down with normal gun anyway. Don't worry about this.

You are all forgetting that's a KNIFE. A freaking knife, that can be hidden in a pocket or a holster. And you need basic training to know, where to hit, so it hurts like hell. And believe me, if they hit you near spine or in the chest or even in the leg... You are good as dead. They can just use second hand to hold you in place for 3 seconds before the knife blows up your insides.

whatever happened to the simple stab in the neck - sever the windpipe and they go down.... no need to blow their guts up too. :/

Scary for sure.
But if someone was looking to go to that length to kill me i'd think i was pretty much dead whatever they intended on using.
